The engine of the Vaporfly 3 stays the same as its predecessor, with the pairing of the full-length carbon fiber Flyplate and ZoomX midsole we've all come to love.  The two key updates are the reductive midsole geometry that features a convex shape around the forefoot, providing a comfortable and stable ride throughout transition with Nike's most resilient foam, as well as a new Flyknit yarn upper.
